My Story
Before becoming a counselor, I spent years building a career in media production. While I loved the creativity of that work, I eventually realized it did not align with my values or my desire to do something more meaningful. My own profound experiences in therapy, particularly the way my therapist empowered me to leave and heal from abusive and toxic relationships, completely transformed my life. That experience showed me the incredible power of feeling truly seen and validated, and it inspired me to create that same kind of space for others who may be navigating their own pain and rediscovering their voice.
I have always had a deep appreciation for the power of storytelling—how our narratives shape who we are and who we become. Living with ADHD and anxiety has given me a personal understanding of what it means to rewrite my own story in a world that often isn’t built for neurodiverse minds. I would be honored to help you shape and own your story, finding the meaning and resilience that already exist within you.
Psychedelic-assisted therapy is another area of deep passion for me. My own transformative experiences with psychedelics have given me profound insights and lasting change, and I believe strongly in their potential to shift perspective, expand self-awareness, and even restructure the way we process and heal. I intend to pursue certification in psychedelic-assisted therapy, and I offer integration support for clients who want to ground and make sense of their experiences.
Alongside my counseling work, I continue to leverage my creative skills by producing and co-creating Her Time to Talk, the podcast for Her Time Therapy, as well as managing the practice’s social media pages. This blend of creativity and therapeutic work allows me to connect with others on multiple levels, always with the goal of fostering healing, empowerment, and authentic connection.
