Want to join the Her Time Team?

Thank you for your interest in becoming a mental health clinician or health professional with Her Time Therapy, LLC. Let us tell you a bit about what we offer our clinicians . . .
Join a Practice Built for Women — and the Therapists Who Support Them

Her Time Therapy, LLC is a group of remote mental health professionals united by a shared purpose: to meet women where they are and provide holistic, accessible, and effective mental health and wellness care.

Unlike large community mental health centers or commercialized healthcare clinics, Her Time Therapy is a small, women-owned and women-led practice where you can build a meaningful career that fits your life — not one that takes it over.

1
A Values-Driven, Ethical Alternative to Corporate Mental Health
The mental health field is rapidly shifting toward large, corporate, venture-backed platforms. Many of these models prioritize scale, efficiency, and profit — sometimes at the expense of therapist well-being, fair compensation, and client privacy.

Her Time Therapy is intentionally different.

We are a small business, clinician-led group practice built on a foundation of ethical, client-centered care. We are not driven by investors or corporate demands — we are guided by our values, our clinical integrity, and our commitment to the women we serve.

This is a practice for therapists who want to do meaningful, aligned work without feeling like they are part of a system that waters down care or commodifies the therapeutic relationship.
2
Stability of Employment, Flexibility of Private Practice
All Her Time clinicians are W2 employees, giving you the security, stability, and tax benefits of true employment — with the freedom and flexibility you’d expect from private practice.
Our team members have full autonomy to create their own schedules and work from home, seeing clients in a way that supports both their well-being and their professional goals.
If you’ve dreamed of private practice and working on your own terms — but don’t want to handle the logistics alone (like the website, systems, HIPAA compliance, paperwork, marketing, and more) — joining Her Time could be the perfect fit.
3
Compensation, Autonomy, and Support
We deeply respect the long, demanding journey you’ve taken to become a therapist. You’ve invested years into your education, training, supervision, and clinical experience — and you deserve to be paid fairly for your time and expertise.

We offer competitive pay structures that honor your value, and while we provide standard session rates for the practice, you maintain input on your caseload, availability, and work-life balance.

We value a balance of independence and connection. Here, you’ll find the freedom to work in ways that feel right for you, alongside genuine support and collaboration from a team that cares about your growth and well-being.
A Collaborative, Mission-Driven Team
Her Time Therapy is proud to specialize in supporting women throughout Colorado. We’re a small, collaborative group of highly skilled, like-minded clinicians who understand the unique biological, social, and systemic challenges women face.

While each therapist brings unique areas of expertise, we share a common feminist, systems-oriented philosophy that guides our work with clients — and with each other.

Together, we provide innovative, integrative, and effective care that empowers the women we serve to overcome systemic barriers and thrive.

If this sounds like the kind of practice you’d love to grow with, we’d love to meet you!
