Denver Mental Health Therapist Meagan Clark Founder and Therapist of Her Time Therapy a Colorado based online group therapy practice for women | Women's Mental Health Therapist Providing Online Therapy in Colorado | Womens Mental Health Therapist Providing Teletherapy in Denver 80239

I created Her Time Therapy, LLC to provide a safe and therapeutic space for women facing some of the most challenging moments of their lives. Women's reality is so often characterized by a lack of support accompanied by overwhelming responsibility, pressure, and scrutiny. If you're burdened by anxiety, depression, stress, career or college issues, relationship problems, or a significant life event such as a cancer diagnosis, trauma, or the death of a loved one, you're in the right place. I've been there. I've lived through it, and I know you can too. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey to healing and self-empowerment.

I am honored to walk alongside you on your journey to deeper self-awareness, empowerment, and trust. I believe that healing begins with an empathic relationship and co-creating a therapeutic space that feels safe. From this common ground, we can then explore your inner landscape in order to identify unhealthy relational patterns, locate your needs and ultimately develop self-trust. As a contemplative art therapist, I also emphasize creative expression, experiential process, and spirituality as a means of self-discovery. I am particularly passionate about working with clients experiencing anxiety, ADHD, grief, relationship issues, trauma, and women’s issues.

I believe negative situations can be used as a catalyst for change, growth, and self-improvement. By deepening the mind, body, and spirit connection, there is greater potential for growth, healing, and a higher quality of life. I believe that humans are incredibly resilient and sometimes we just need a little help reconnecting with our inner knowing.

If you are seeking change in your life, I'm excited to partner with you and serve as a guide down the path toward healing. My therapeutic work is supervised by Julie Noyes, MA LPC NCC and my approach to therapy is genuine, affirming, supportive, and non-judgmental. My top priority as a therapist is to support you in your journey through life’s challenges with empathetic guidance and enlightenment.
