Everyday Stressors

School, unfulfilling work, unhealthy relationships, lack of life direction, caregiving duties, or chronic illness feel overwhelming and insurmountable.

Traumatic Events

The loss of a loved one, a cancer diagnosis, or sexual assault have left you feeling unable to cope. Constantly juggling big dreams and big responsibility is exhausting, so self care has fallen to the bottom of your priority list.

Your Goal?

To be empowered with skills to overcome these issues and regain control over your life and wellbeing.

How can Her Time Therapy help?
