Launch Your Career with Strength.

At Her Time Therapy, we believe supervision is more than a requirement — it’s a transformative experience that shapes your identity as a therapist, professional, and advocate for change.

We offer personalized, high-quality clinical supervision services in a virtual setting designed to help LPCCs grow not just as counselors, but as confident, empowered professionals ready to serve your clients and community as a fully licensed LPC.

Whether you're focused on sharpening your clinical skills, preparing for independent licensure, or building the foundation for your future private practice, our supervision services are here to support and champion your growth every step of the way.

💡 Clinical Supervision Tailored to You - a Provisionally Licensed Therapist in Private Practice

At Her Time Therapy, we recognize that no two therapists — or caseloads — are exactly alike. That’s why our supervision team includes diverse, experienced clinicians, each with specialized areas of focus such as trauma, anxiety, neurodivergence, women's issues, LGBTQ+ affirming care, grief, relationship dynamics, and more.

Because of this diversity, it’s important to schedule a free consultation before beginning supervision. This allows us to understand your goals, values, and the needs of your client population — and to ensure you’re matched with the supervisor who is the best fit for your clinical development, learning style, and long-term career path. The right supervisory relationship is foundational to your confidence, growth, and professional success.

All Hands In

Feminist-Informed Supervision & Leadership

Her Time Therapy operates from a feminist leadership model, which deeply informs the way we supervise, support, and collaborate with emerging clinicians.

In our supervision relationships, we:

  • Honor the supervisee's voice as central to the process

  • Cultivate a non-hierarchical, collaborative relationship where power is shared, not imposed

  • Actively explore the impact of systems of oppression on clients and clinicians alike

  • Provide space to process how your intersecting identities show up in your clinical work

  • Encourage supervisees to develop courage, agency, and authenticity in the room with clients — and within the profession at large

We view supervision not just as compliance with licensure requirements, but as an opportunity to deconstruct oppressive systems, build ethical resilience, and foster a sustainable, justice-oriented approach to mental health work.

Our Clinical Supervision Team

We’ll help you select the supervisor and supervision format that’s right for you — whether you're looking for 1:1 mentorship, a collaborative peer setting, or a combination of both.
