At Home Workout

Virtual Personal Training & Health Coaching
All Online, On Your Schedule

We Offer: Fitness, Fuel, and Self-Care Accountability for Women

This all-in-one program combines personalized fitness training with holistic wellness coaching — designed specifically for women looking to build strength, energy, and self-confidence. We help you create sustainable routines that work for your real life.

Each personal training session includes a 45-minute live virtual session with your trainer, designed to help you meet your goals and email support in between sessions, to keep your progress going strong. 

Assistance setting and achieving . . . 

  • Step count target

  • Hydration goal

  • Additional habit tracking as needed (like sleep, mindfulness, or meal timing)

Weekly 45-Minute Virtual Training Sessions:

Written Workout Program:

Customized workouts and time to reflect on progress, struggles, or questions with your coach.

A personalized, goal-based fitness plan you can follow outside of your live sessions.

Nutrition Coaching:

Customized guidance to improve nutrition habits based on your goals (e.g., making healthy swaps, building strength, improving energy, fat loss, recovery, etc.).

Daily Wellness Goals:

Monthly Plan Adjustments:

Your coach collaborates with you to update your wellness plan each month to match your progress and needs.

Monthly Plan Adjustments:

Email your Personal Trainer between sessions and get a comprehensive reply that celebrates wins, answers your questions, or helps you to troubleshoot struggles — think of this as an accountability touchpoint that fits into life.

Introductory Session with Certified Personal Trainer: $100

  • 60 min introduction session

  • Custom-written wellness program that includes a workout plan, nutrition guidelines, and personal daily wellness recommendations based on your goals and the CPT's assessment. 

  • Email or text check-in with your CPT to ensure your questions are answered and you feel confident with your plan.

Single Session with a Certified Personal Trainer: $85

  • 45-minute session - consultation, accountability, support

  • Engage in a live workout with your personal trainer and receive tips on modification and form correction

  • Written update on your personal wellness program.

Personal Training Package

  • Build consistency and establish a weekly self-care routine by purchasing a series of CPT sessions.

  • Make an ongoing commitment to your physical and mental health.

  • 4 Weeks: $320 ($80/session)

Our teletherapy model allows us to provide psychotherapy services to clients across the state of Colorado, which brings quality mental health services to those limited by accessibility issues or who live in rural areas where in person care may be limited.
