Hello!
Hi, I’m Chloe St. Pierre (she/her), a Licensed Professional Counselor providing online trauma therapy in Colorado. I specialize in somatic, body-based therapy for women and queer folks who are ready to heal from trauma, low self-esteem, shame, and relationship difficulties.
I am passionate about helping women in Colorado and queer clients become more embodied through somatic therapy, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). It would be an honor to support you in your healing journey.
If you’re recognizing that you need support from past trauma, attachment wounds, or relationship challenges, I may be a good fit for you.

My Approach to Therapy:
When it comes to trauma therapy, I truly believe the relationship between client and therapist is the most important factor. As a trauma-informed therapist in Colorado, I show up with curiosity and compassion to ensure that you feel safe bringing every part of yourself to session.

As a somatic therapist, my goal is to help you recognize what safety feels like in your mind and body. Many clients come to online therapy feeling disconnected from themselves, others, and the world around them. Often, emotions have had to take a backseat in order to survive.

Through Somatic Experiencing, EMDR therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), we explore your nervous system patterns that have kept you feeling stuck, anxious, disempowered, or ashamed. Together, we identify new patterns that feel grounded, safe, and empowering.

Healing from trauma is not just about talking through the past — it’s about helping your body complete what it couldn’t before. My work integrates trauma-informed therapy, attachment-based therapy, and body-based approaches to support deep, lasting healing for women and queer adults in Colorado.
My Ideal Client:
Do you feel like your life has been ruled by fear or shame? Do you carry a constant sense that you are not enough, no matter how hard you try?

You may be looking for trauma therapy in Colorado that goes beyond traditional talk therapy. Many of my clients are women and queer adults who have experienced attachment trauma, relational trauma, or complex PTSD. These experiences often show up as:

-
Chronic shame
-
Low self-esteem
-
Perfectionism
-
Anxiety or depression
-
Codependency or difficulty with boundaries
-
Relationship struggles

I believe these symptoms don’t just happen out of nowhere. They are adaptations — ways your nervous system learned to survive painful circumstances.

In our work together, we will explore the “why” behind your patterns while offering compassion to the parts of you that did the best they could. Through somatic trauma therapy and EMDR, you can reconnect with yourself and build a life that feels grounded, empowered, and meaningful.
The Concerns I Specialize in Treating:
Trauma & PTSD Therapy in Colorado
The trauma we experience shapes how we view and interact with the world. Trauma can leave you feeling unsafe in your daily life, leading to anxiety, depression, low self-worth, and relationship difficulties.
Trauma happens when something is too much, too fast, or too overwhelming for your system to process. When that happens, the body and brain’s natural information processing system becomes disrupted.
As a trauma therapist in Colorado trained in Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems, I help women and queer clients process PTSD, complex trauma, and attachment trauma in a way that feels safe and empowering. Healing is possible through connection and trauma-informed therapy.
My Story:
Like many therapists, I always knew I wanted to help people. I understood emotional pain and instability firsthand and wanted to be part of a movement where no one has to go through their pain alone.
During college, I worked at a domestic violence shelter and sexual assault counseling agency. That experience deepened my commitment to supporting women and queer individuals and advocating against gender-based violence.
While earning my Bachelor’s degree, I began my own therapy journey. Feeling truly seen and heard was life-changing and solidified my path toward becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor.
After completing my Master’s degree and working as a therapist for several years, I realized something was missing in traditional talk therapy. That search led me to somatic therapy and Somatic Experiencing training — and everything clicked.

Learning to connect mind and body changed my life and my clinical work. I experienced what it was like to feel big emotions without suppressing or changing them. Becoming more embodied allowed me to support myself in new ways — and now I bring that same depth of somatic trauma therapy to the women and queer clients I serve across Colorado.
