Sexual Empowerment Coaching

Reclaim Your Desire. Rewrite the Rules. Experience Pleasure on Your Terms.

Sexual intimacy doesn’t have to feel confusing, performative, painful, or shame-filled. Sexual Empowerment Coaching helps you reconnect with your body, your boundaries, and your right to pleasure—whether you’re single, partnered, healing from trauma, or simply wanting more from intimacy.

Led by sex educator Erin Brandt, this coaching experience blends education, empowerment, consent, and emotional safety so you can feel confident asking for what you want—and receiving it.

What Is Sexual Empowerment Coaching?

Sexual Empowerment Coaching is trauma-informed, sex-positive education and coaching designed to help individuals and couples understand their bodies, desires, and emotional needs—without shame or pressure.

This is not therapy and it’s not about “fixing” you. It’s about learning, unlearning, and reclaiming.

In the sexual empowerment session, you’ll explore:

  • Sexual anatomy (yes—it's the fun, empowering, adult sex ed you should have gotten years ago!)

  • Consent, boundaries, and desire

  • Emotional and physical safety in intimacy

  • Communication skills for asking for what you want (and hearing a “no” with clarity and respect)

  • Pleasure with or without partnered sex

Sexual Empowerment Coaching is inclusive and welcoming for:

  • Women, men, and couples

  • Survivors of sexual assault or abuse

  • LGBTQIA+ individuals

  • Singles, partnered people, and those practicing ethical non-monogamy

Taught to Be Sexy. Punished for Wanting Sex.

If Sex Has Always Felt Like a No-Win Situation for You

If sex has always felt like a no-win situation, you’re not imagining it.

You were taught—explicitly and implicitly—how to be wanted. How to be attractive. How to be desirable. How to appeal to the male gaze.

You learned how to perform sexiness, how to be pleasing, how to walk the impossible line between “too much” and “not enough.”

But no one taught you how to want—or how to get what you want.

You Learned How to Be Wanted—But Not How to Want

You learned how to be desired—but not how to desire.

No one taught you how to listen to your body.

How to trust your “yes.”
How to honor your “no.”

How to ask for pleasure without guilt or fear.

Instead, many women learned that wanting is risky. That asking is selfish. That needing intimacy makes you weak, needy, or demanding.

"The sexual pleasure group was absolutely outstanding! Everyone was so welcoming and understanding. Erin herself was a delight. She was such an empowering person with a strong sense of wanting to educate women about themselves and find it in them to feel beautiful. It was the best group I'd been in!

When Patriarchy Distorts Women’s Relationship With Desire

Women are sexualized early—and then punished for being sexual.
Encouraged to be open—but labeled needy.
Told sex is empowering—until it’s on your terms.

You’re expected to please, but shamed for wanting pleasure.
Expected to be confident, but not too confident.
Available, but not demanding.

No wonder intimacy feels confusing.
No wonder desire feels tangled with anxiety, obligation, or numbness.
No wonder sex can feel performative or emotionally unsafe—even in loving relationships.

For many women—especially those with a history of sexual assault, coercion, or abuse—these mixed messages land even deeper.

When your body has learned that intimacy equals pressure, danger, or loss of control, it makes sense that desire would shut down or feel disconnected. This isn’t failure. It’s protection.

A Gentle First Step
Toward Reclaiming Desire

Download this free checklist!

If your relationship with desire feels confusing, shut down, or tangled in guilt—you’re not broken.

This guide is designed to help you take one small, safe step toward reconnecting with your body and your wants—without pressure, performance, or expectation.

Inside, you’ll begin to gently unlearn shame that was never yours to carry and explore what it means to relate to desire through choice, consent, and emotional safety.

This isn’t about doing more.
It isn’t about pushing past your boundaries.
And it isn’t about wanting something you don’t actually want.

It’s about learning how to listen—to your body, your emotions, and your inner signals—so desire can exist on your terms.

Not for someone else’s satisfaction.
Not to meet an expectation.
But for you.

Through Sexual Empowerment Coaching, clients often experience:

  • A deeper understanding of their body and sexual response

  • Increased confidence naming desires, needs, and boundaries

  • More pleasure, curiosity, and choice in intimacy

  • Reduced shame and self-blame around sex

  • Stronger emotional and physical connection with partners

  • A sense of agency: "I get to decide what feels good to me."

This work is not about having more sex—it’s about having more aligned, consensual, meaningful, pleasureful experiences, whether solo or partnered.

If part of you is thinking:

  • “I don’t even know where to start.”

  • “Talking about this feels awkward or embarrassing.”

  • “I should already know this.”

You’re not broken—and you’re not alone.

Most of us were taught that sex is either:

  • Something we’re supposed to perform, or

  • Something dangerous we’re supposed to avoid

Very few of us were taught how to listen to our bodies, check in emotionally, or prioritize safety and pleasure.

Sexual Empowerment Coaching meets you exactly where you are, at your pace, with zero pressure to share or do anything you’re not ready for.

Vulnerability is invited—but never forced.

Many clients find that this work actually reduces anxiety, builds confidence, and creates more connection—not just sexually, but in relationships and self-trust overall.
