Thank you for your interest in becoming a mental health clinician or health professional with Her Time Therapy, LLC. Let us tell you a bit about what we offer our clinicians . . .

Colleagues Working Together

Her Time Therapy, LLC is a group of remote mental health professionals who have joined together to engage in a shared passion and purpose . . . to reach women where they are at and provide them with holistic, convenient, and effective mental health and wellness support.

Unlike large community mental health centers or commercialized healthcare clinics, Her Time Therapy, LLC is a small, women owned and lead practice who allows you as a clinician to build a meaningful career that fits into your life. We believe a meaningful career is one important element of your life, but it is not your life. We offer full autonomy to create your own schedule and work as much or as little as you would like, with the goal of building a healthy and sustainable work life balance.

We also recognize the long, arduous journey you've taken to become a therapist. You have traveled through years filled with education, trainings, practicum, internships, supervision, and more. We believe those who hold a minimum of a master's degree (plus trainings, certifications, and experience) should be paid in accordingly. At Her Time, we offer a 60/40 split (60% going to you as the clinician) of all income brought into the practice from your sessions. We provide a recommended rate that is standard for the practice, but you are free to set your own rates and sliding scales in order to gain income that aligns with your life and values.

If you've always wanted to work in own private practice, work remotely, and see clients on your terms but just don't feel ready or willing to manage all the working parts (website, workflow, apps, HIPPA compliance, privacy policies, consents, marketing, and so much more . . . ) then joining Her Time may be right for you.

Her Time Therapy, LLC is an online group practice that is specialized in supporting women clientele. We take pride in having a small group of highly-skilled, like minded clinicians, who recognize that women experience a unique set of biological, environmental, economic, and social challenges that have a very real and significant impact on their mental health and overall well-being. All Her Time clinicians bring unique expertise and specialty areas, but share a common feminist, system philosophy when approaching therapeutic work. In short, our counselors work together to support one another and women across Colorado.

We value a mix of clinician independence and autonomy, along with ample support and collaboration, and believe it is this mixture that provides a innovative, integrative, and effective treatment environment that gives us the power to help the women we treat overcome systemic warriors and challenges.
